In this hands-on interactive workshop you will learn:

- Facial Gua sha techniques and routine to keep your skin healthy and radiant

- Facial Gua sha techniques as well as Acupressure on the neck and other area to relax jaw, reduce tension caused by screen overuse and daily living. Particularly useful for TMJ condition as well as headaches.

About the Instructor:

Bahareh Hosseini is a Chinese Medicine practitioner and Acupuncturist in the Toronto area, Canada. Her practice focus is helping women feel vibrant and look radiant using natural healing practices such as Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine. She has a particular clinical focus in helping skin aging issues as well as other dermatological conditions. Bahareh is also a faculty member at Chinese Medicine schools and she frequently lectures and teaches to other professional Acupuncturists as well as program students.
